Collective Philanthropy Project
Our 2025-2026 CPP Beneficiary is the Vietnamese Assistance for the Handicapped
What is CPP?
CPP stands for "Collective Philanthropy Project." Every year, each University’s VSA chapter is given the opportunity to help raise money for a philanthropy chosen by UVSA Midwest, our parent organization. The chosen organization typically benefits Vietnamese communities and populations that are underprivileged. Through this, our Vietnamese community, as well as many others are able to collaborate and work towards the same charitable cause.
About VNAH
"Vietnam Assistance for the Handicapped (VNAH) is a U.S.-based non-profit, non-political, tax-exempt charitable organization founded in 1991 to assist Vietnamese with disabilities and other disadvantaged groups to regain mobility and improve their socio-economic status. Over the past 33 years, VNAH has implemented development projects and volunteer activities that have benefited several million people in Vietnam."
Our Contribution
This school year, we have hosted several events to help raise money to support the Vietnamese Assistance for the Handicapped. These events include the Spicy Ramen Challenge , VSA Bingo Board, and a 4-square tournament
